Aladdin Pantomine Charity Show
Kuala Lumpur, 23 December 2007: Joys and cheers were brought to 7
charity homes from Klang Valley where they were invited to watch the fun-filled
Aladdin Pantomine. The turnouts were great with a total of 168 children and 16
guardians attended.
The Aladdin Pantomine was an interactive theatre show, where children along with their
mums, dads, aunties and uncles enjoyed themselves thoroughly
and were expected to join in by cheering the heroes and booing
the villains; shouting ‘behind you’ when anything like a ghost turns
up and trying to catch the candies,
sweets and strange gifts thrown into
the audience. Most of the children from these homes were
spontaneous and was game to be part of the show. There were
a few children chosen for best dress and were invited on stage
to play some games.
After the show, we donated hampers to the homes (on courtesy of the management) and
some necessities for their Christmas Celebration. It was a great experience to see laughter
and cheers from the children and we are again looking forward for other charity events where
we could share our care with the needy. |
